Jan 23 Fri Contractor mails he is sick as a dog but checks will go out Monday.   
Jan 26 Mon Someone I know spoke to him AND contractor said checks are signed on his desk and being mailed (close to what was said)
Jan 27 Tues afternoon He met Sub-Contractor on the side of a highway!  that in itself is a tad odd to pay someone. (sub-contractor on my building and paid him Sub-Contractor is also a good buddy of Contractor)  So,Sub-Contractorjust waves Ta Ta and didn't ask why he was on the side of a highway, or where CONTRACTOR was heading?  Remember the keyword - GOOD BUDDY!   I think this connection needs to be looked into more, on this time line.  Maybe someone followed CONTRACTOR that saw him with Sub-Contractor!!
       Missing time AND somewhere Here Contractor got killed - so who did he
       speak with?  His cell phone would not take anymore messages!  He must
       have called his girlfriend.  What time did he do that?  
Jan 28 Wed afternoon at 2 pm Yuba a mile downstream of the Parks Bar Bridge in Marysville contractor was found floating - dead of one (1) gunshot (they have not said where he was shot) was he floating face down, face up?  
Jan 29 Thurs 1st I find out NO one has been paid - PreLiens are coming in - We try to reach contractor - can't - we are about to do something legal since now we find the check for over $290K was cashed and it was sent Jan 8th and check were to be sent out about Jan 10th!
  Thurs Autopsy done - yep dead contractor - His Hummer was parked - not run off the road - not shot at! (need to find out if the emergency brake was on - was it turned off or running, was it parked carefully or crooked!!)  Contractor once said he always carried a gun - what type of bullet did he get shot with?  Ask his good friends what he carried!!!
    Now here is where we get into the part I don't even allow in stories.   Enter the tacky girlfriend.  Okay, so she knew him 30-years ago!  BIG DEAL!   Uh, he started buying bimbo expensive gifts like $6,000 ring that was found on credit card and it wasn't his wife's!!!   Lots of gifts started being purchased AND oops mixed company money buying it.  Company started going a tad broke - he let go office help.  Hmmm, pattern emerging!!!!   If that ring was purchase with my boss's check I want it!!!!   I could have rescued horses - okay I am diverting!  Back to the timeline by Detective LdyJessika!  Or maybe News Reporter LdyJessika?  Okay, I shall shut up and keep to the point.
Feb 2 Monday Tacky girlfriend with no character posts to the Guest Book - see attached pdf.   I was SO appalled I copied the compete guest book since I knew they would take it off line.    Why don't the police go get the gifts he gave her!! AND have they ever questioned her?  Yes, I did the underlining because I wanted to see why two different people kept repeating 30 years ago!  OH and the last post was mine JG, because I wanted to let the news person checking posts realize WIFE was not the other two posts or the right name!!!
FEb 5th Thurs Body released to wife and buried quickly
Feb 6th Fri rumor is he was on store camera's buying gifts - probably with my damn money!!! 
Feb 10th Wed Wanted for questioning YUBA COUNTY, Calif. -- The Yuba County Sheriff's Department said it's looking for a man who may have been in contact with another man who was found dead in the Yuba River last month.
Anyone with information on the case may call investigators at 530-749-7777.
    AND - the office says the wife has nothing to do with the missing money from the office account.   AND they don't have an attorney helping the office.  BUT oops, Mrs. Contractor works for a law firm.  Hmmm, and I repeat that thought, Hmmm, wonder why the office says there is no attorney's that can help!!!  

I don't think contractor committed suicide!   He had a hummer, nice kids, working wife, working girlfriend, everyone actually liked him.  Now rumor says he got into drugs and had a large amount of cash on him SO if he was robbed why didn't they take the cash?  I think if they don't solve this it will be a Cold Case File Program!
