his brain and being toward
expressions of fantasy

her dulcet tones
led him to the brink
of respectability
a questioning
of status quo
and societal perceptions
of male and female

no longer just man and woman
but more
friends and lovers
mistress and sub
they played the roles
chosen before they met
with respect for the heart
of the other
